セロニアス・モンクの最高傑作と名高い『Brilliant Corners』の日本ビクター盤（VIJ-107・帯付き）です。
1956年の名録音で、ソニー・ロリンズ、マックス・ローチら豪華メンバーを迎えた歴史的名演を収録。複雑で緊張感あふれる構成とスウィング感が融合した、“モンク芸術の到達点”といえる一枚。

帯付きの状態は非常に珍しく、コレクターにもおすすめ。
盤面には多少の経年シミはありますが、再生に支障のあるような大きなキズは見受けられません（再生未確認）。
ジャケットには経年による薄いシミと角スレがあります。（写真参照）

長期個人保管になりますので、日焼け、汚れ、キズ、シミ、折れ、端ヨレ等の経年劣化がある場合がございます。

This is a highly regarded Japanese Victor pressing of Thelonious Monk’s landmark album “Brilliant Corners,” originally recorded in December 1956. Featuring a stellar lineup including Sonny Rollins, Max Roach, Ernie Henry, and Oscar Pettiford, this album captures Monk at his most inventive and challenging.

Includes the rare “Riverside Jazz Golden 50” obi strip.
The record shows some age-related spotting on the label, but no major scratches or marks on the vinyl itself (play not tested).
There are light age-related stains and corner wear on the jacket.
